• Avoid active acids, Retinol, or Vitamin A products 3–5 days before and after your treatment.

• No facial waxing 3 days before or after.

• Botox is safe 3 days before or after.

• Collagen fillers must be done at least 2 weeks in advance or as instructed by your doctor.

• Refrain from laser hair removal on the treated area 2 weeks before or after.

• If you’re over 20 weeks pregnant, a doctor’s note is required confirming you can lie on your back for 50–80 minutes.

• Facials are not recommended if you have active cold sores or open wounds.

• Men: Do not shave the day before or the day of your facial. Facial hair is okay.
